Thank you for your interest in working with me! Before we start here is a list of terms that you must agree to before we can start working together!

PERSONAL USE COMMISSION TERMS:

Some level of artistic freedom is necessary for my style to work. Details may need to be simplified.
Due dates may be given by request. If no due date is requested art will typically be completed within 1 to 3 months depending on where you are in the commission queue.
Commissions may be refunded only before any work has begun on the project. Partial refunds may be requested after sketch is presented for review.
Sketches may be revised free of charged twice. After that there will be an extra charge for any additional revisions. Finished works may only be revised once. To avoid any extra charges or confusion please be as precise as possible with what you want for your commission. Please have your color palette available from the start if one is required. Color palette must be flexible for artistic liberty unless specifically requested otherwise.
All prices are BASE price if your commission has more detail than average you may be asked for additional payment. This payment will be asked for up front unless it involves additional details after revisions.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. While this is unlikely to happen life is unpredictable. I will do my best to communicate any problems that might occur and what works best for you. I will not however tolerate harassment or bullying. Most people don't need to worry about this part however I feel the need to include it ahead of time in case this becomes an issue.

COMMERCIAL USE TERMS:

Commercial use commissions may be used and reproduced as well as used for personal desires. (use in logos, banners, icons and table display.)

While commercial use tends to cover most cases there are a few exceptions to what you may use my art for and must agree to:

You may NOT use my work to generate AI under any circumstances. No AI may be used to alter my art.
My work may NOT be used for any gambling purposes.
You may not use my work for hateful purposes such as, racism, homophobia, bullying, or anything that involves causing harm to others.

I own the rights to my work and may use it to promote my business such as using it for commission examples or posting purposes. You may request that I hold off on posting or sharing the art until a certain date. Commercial work will have a higher cost than any work for personal use.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

If you are purchasing a design from me these are the terms for you:

You may alter any part of the design to your liking! Once you have purchased a design from me I want it to truly feel yours and give full rights to customize it to your hearts content.
You may not use the original artwork of the design for commercial purposes but you may create your own art to sell of said design!
