I had a weird facination with lugia growing up. I had pages and pages of shitty drawings of just lugia! I'm sure it was the movie that had a huge impact on me, I remember seeing it in theaters waiting until the credits finished and watching it replay again. Even as an adult I feel like lugia is the perfect design. Simple, sleek, and only a few colors.
